The Bronze Age: A trader's daily day

A day of a trader
It was a quite hot day of the summer. Everybody was outside from their houses and went to the ‘market’ and trade things. Everybody was really upset because there was no space for everyone in Daren’s place. Everybody was there since there was no one else that traded bronze weapons. He was so lucky that day because the things that they gave him were really precious to him, since the two days before it had rained just a bit and the crops grew more quickly than the farmers expected, the fishers got more fish the day before and the artisans had just finished their pottery.
Daren is a 45 years old man that had just moved from a nearby village to the city and he was so proud of himself for ‘bringing’ the idea of how to make a bronze weapon. His family was also proud of him (especially his wife, Laura, who helped him trading). Since they leave in the year 3500 B.C. often “rich” people asked him to bring the weapons at their home instead of them going there but this was something good for him because people gave him in exchange something more valuable than the weapons cost. The movement was really a hard thing to do because he used the wheel and the axel (thing that was new to the city).
After the crowd had left and he sat down and started talking with his family. Joana (his daughter) was really excited because she saw for the first time in her life a ship, which transferred goods from place to place. Her father had talked about it once, since he was there all day, and she was so anxious to see one. As they walked to go to their house, they saw a group of man digging down the ground. Daren asked with great curiosity what they were doing and they answered that they were digging up a canal! This was really new for them and they super excited. After a minute or two, three mans came with a quickly walk and with some baskets in their shoulder. They placed them down and started putting into them dirt from the canal. Daren and his family were so impressed. Their civilization finally started growing and new things came into their lives.
